This uses new features in ipywidgets 7 to transfer data in binary, drastically speeding up constructing plain geometries and especially buffer geometries.

But it works. It really works.
We probably should have a separate PlainGeometry and PlainBufferGeometry.

Note that with this change, faceColors is *actually* a list of colors for each vertex. Also, it seems that the cube example has the normals slightly off.
