New features

• wynd init asks which SDKs and add-ons to use, or takes them as flags, and writes the matching starter files.
• The CLI uses click and prints through rich. Wynd passes any command it doesn't own to Wrangler unchanged.
• Wynd's internal helpers and config modules are now public APIs.
