Agent Session Manager v0.0.9

Worktrees that Agent Session Manager creates are now cleaned up reliably. Closing a pane or a tab checks the worktree for modified files, untracked files, and commits that are not on any remote before deleting it, and asks before discarding unsaved work. A failed delete shows an alert with the reason instead of failing silently. Closing a tab now follows the Worktree Cleanup setting for every worktree in it. A new Delete Branch With Worktree setting (on by default) also removes the local branch. A new Clean Up Leftovers at Launch setting (on by default) removes safe leftovers from earlier versions when the app starts, and Settings lists anything it kept so you can review and delete it.

Validation notes

The full unit suite passed locally (1375 tests, 0 failures), and 17 UI flow tests passed against the real Dev app. Unit coverage of the changed logic is 96.5% of added lines; the SwiftUI views are covered only by the UI flow tests. The macOS CI jobs are disabled for this repository, so these local runs are the only test evidence. The agent-control panes_delete path was checked with a real call; no window screenshot was captured for it. The v0.0.9 build 287 DMG is Developer ID signed, Apple-notarized, and stapled. The DMG file itself reports no usable signature to spctl, as v0.0.8 does; the app inside is accepted as Notarized Developer ID. The signing wrapper again mixed a validation message into the appcast signature; it was corrected before publishing and the signature was verified against a fresh signing of the DMG. The installed DMG build has not been launched or exercised by hand. These notes make no production-release runtime claim.

Known gaps: a default branch other than main, master, or the origin/HEAD branch is not protected from branch deletion. The Settings leftovers list scans when Settings opens and has no Refresh button. A cancelled agent-control panes_delete can report that a worktree could not be checked and leave it for the next launch cleanup.

Delivered through PR #391, PR #392, and PR #396, merged to main at c14b802. The immutable QA record is archived with the change under openspec/changes/archive/2026-10-14-fix-worktree-cleanup/.
