Admin Actions: Run Forum Sync

KB+ creates and posts messages to Forums on Zendesk. KB+ regularly checks that all the relevant forums exist on Zendesk so that messages can be posted to the correct forum.

The ‘Run Forum Sync’ option allows this check to be run manually. Generally this should not be required.
