Post Dataload Procedure

After running the phase one import (To Mongo) and the phase 2 import (To db) a number of batch jobs should be run to keep everything up to date.. Specifically

1. Run the FT index to populate elasticsearch
2. Run the data cleanse to populate nominal platforms
