Damascene is now Damask, the English name of the silk first woven in Damascus. Same theme, a name that is easier to say and remember.

  • New name. Nothing in your notes needs to change: classes and variables keep the dm- prefix. The README explains the name and every colour.
  • Five languages. The README is now in English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Turkish, each with a showcase note you can drop into your vault.
  • A pointer to the companion plugin. Style Settings opens with a short note about Damask Studio, which inserts every block from a gallery and previews every palette live.

Install: Settings → Appearance → Themes → Manage, search for Damask. Or download theme.css and manifest.json into .obsidian/themes/Damask/.
