Trash 4.7.0 improves trgen start-rule resolution for grammars that import other grammars.

  • Validate an explicitly selected start rule after dependency sorting against rules reachable from the top-level parser. This supports entry points defined in imported grammars and wrapper parser grammars with no rules of their own, while still reporting invalid or ambiguous entry points.
  • Add OCL, C, TrapC, and Teradata grammar fixtures and start-rule regression tests, including TrapC's dependency on the C grammar.
  • Update tool and package versions to 4.7.0. set-version.sh now updates publish.sh as well, and the local trash tool manifest references 4.7.0.

Verification: dotnet test tests/TrgenTests/TrgenTests.csproj -c Release --no-restore passed all 18 tests; generated C# drivers for OCL, C, TrapC, and Teradata built and parsed representative inputs.
