Muninn 1.2.1

  • Update the Kryzhen dependency to v2.0.3, including the exact Cargo commit and Nix source checksum.
  • Align installation and configuration documentation with the release and remove the obsolete upgrade notice about release 0.9.4.

Muninn's application source and migration SQL are unchanged from 1.2.0.

Verification includes formatting, Clippy, the full Rust suite with ignored and documentation tests, the Agda specification, and static binary/version checks.
