Fixes rails vulnerabilities and prepared for HTTPS. Rewrites all http:// to kb-images.kb.dk and static.kb.dk to https. At a later stage we need to revise solrizer in COP to produce https uri scheme. COP will then rewrite https to https in the frontend, but noone should notice ;^)
