• Breaking: Retire the repomatic-audit skill, folded into repomatic-upgrade as its second pass. repomatic init deletes an unmodified copy, and fails on an exclude or include entry naming skills/repomatic-audit until the entry is dropped.
• Breaking: Generated workflows and the bundled agents and skills now name AGENTS.md as the instructions file in place of claude.md. Rename a downstream claude.md to match.
• Add the instructions-file-name check to lint-repo: it warns about a root claude.md, or an agents.md in another case, in place of AGENTS.md.
• Add the sphinx.fail-on-warning setting, which makes the Sphinx build of docs.yaml fail on any warning.
• The Sphinx build of docs.yaml now reads in parallel with --jobs auto. Under sphinx.fail-on-warning, an extension that does not declare itself safe for a parallel read fails the build.
