Changes

Enable built-in IPv4 transparent proxying (TPROXY) and policy routing in the x86_64 and ARM64 configurations. Based on ch-6.12.8-kernel-3.0-202605291; no kernel source changes. RISC-V artifacts use the unchanged configuration.

Build and validation

Artifacts were built successfully by CI from commit ccd5885: https://github.com/kernel/linux/actions/runs/41064990833

This release publishes those same verified artifacts under the standard version tag, which points to that identical commit. A subsequent rebuild under this tag failed while statically linking objtool against libelf due to missing ZSTD symbols; no artifacts from that failed attempt are included.

Both packaged x86_64 and ARM64 .config files confirm TPROXY and policy routing are enabled. Header archive SHA-256 digests were verified. Actual guest boot, networking and snapshot/restore tests remain outstanding. Publishing this release does not change the Hypeman default kernel.
