First npm release of dsh-fofatoto.

• Three native agent tools: fofa_account (quota), fofa_search (one query page), fofa_export (time-cursor deep paging to CSV/JSON/TXT, resumable from a saved cursor).
• Every export batch is written and fsynced immediately; a run stopped by its time budget or an upstream error keeps what it already fetched.
• Dedicated conversation cards for the three tools, following the shipped DSH tool-card layout.
• README rewritten: npm / GitHub Release / source install paths, English summary, release workflow docs.
• The Loader row id is now fofatoto (module name stays dsh-fofatoto) and the config card links the upstream project.
