Install: download the zip below and upload via Plugins → Add New → Upload. It unzips to rt-event-manager/ and bundles its PHP dependencies (DOMPDF, endroid/qr-code), so no Composer step is needed.

What's new in 2.3.0

  • Helpdesk (FreeScout): in-portal Get help tab — topic-based tickets, threaded chat with attachments, live unread-reply badge, read state, member-side delete, and FreeScout tagging (Confirmed Attendee / EVENT / PRE / DAY).
  • Associations: derived from the .WORLD club subdomain (per-family prefixes + region overrides), shown between Family and Club; read-only when SSO-derived, otherwise overridable with family-scoped suggestions.
  • Delegates: profile + per-ticket delegate status, request/approve flow, hosting-family eligibility, max two per association, backend Delegates overview.
  • Numbered coins: one number per product, reserve-on-add-to-cart + claim-on-order, number printed on the receipt.
  • Hide from main shop: product flag (member-portal shop + direct link only).
  • Checkout & co-travellers: Association/Club/Function scoped to the chosen family; Future Tabler / Future Lady minor tickets.
  • WooCommerce tested up to 11.0.
