cpp-v0.8.1: Baysor C++ bugfix release

This release fixes a bug in NCV coloring. Also adds new options for performing the initial molecule clustering: using Louvain clustering on the NCV graph, which should be faster for very large datasets and more stable for larger number of clusters.
The default behavior of the algorithm remains unchanged: it still targets backwards compatibility with Baysor v0.7.1.
