Support newer(?) naming convention with a bank prefix, e.g. B01P001.PRO, by accepting any prefix in the filename before the index number. The prefix will be stripped when saving, since the tool is based on unique, index-only filenames. Added new error condition if index is not unique within a directory after stripping prefix.

Explicit EOL (end-of-line) format handling. When renaming a patch, the EOL format of the file is respected and maintained.

This tool is macOS 13+ (Ventura) only.
