• Adiciona botão Remove em cada linha da tela Simple Budget > Templates.
• A remoção valida nonce, permissão e ownership: só templates elementor_library marcados como cart_modal pelo Simple Budget podem ser removidos por essa tela.
• Quando a lixeira do WordPress está ativa, o template é movido para a lixeira em vez de ser apagado permanentemente.

Validation

• PHP syntax checks passed in the WordPress PHP 8.3 container.
• WP-CLI confirmed SBP_VERSION is 2.3.2.
• WP-CLI created a QA cart template, removed it through the new manager method, confirmed status trash, and confirmed it no longer appears in get_templates().
