v0.3.0 — configurable grade bands & --since

Feature release: configurable grade bands (#1) and the history time window (#2).

• Configurable grade bands (#1): a gradeBands config block overrides the default thresholds for any dimension, per-profile — reliability in error-rate percent, reask in corrections per 10 user turns, toolLoad as [lowC, lowB, highC, highD] calls per turn. Invalid config (unknown keys, wrong arity, non-numeric, negative, non-ascending) fails fast at plugin load with a readable error; defaults are unchanged when nothing is configured.
• /eval-history --since (#2): 24h, 7d, 30d windows grade only sessions whose latest activity falls inside — filtered by last event time, not creation time. Empty windows print a clear message; without the flag the behavior is exactly as before.

Red-first: 12 new tests (52 total). Both READMEs document the config shape and the window semantics.

Docs polish round (no runtime changes).

• Install detail completed; contributor block links the open-gap issues directly.
• Community section; bilingual issue templates.
• English/Chinese README sections kept in sync.

v0.2.2 — Contributor-first docs + governance files

Contributor-first docs release.

• README (en/zh) restructured: one-liner → install → try-once → toolchain table → 6-line contributor block; detail sections moved below the fold.
• Contributor paths opened: source map in CONTRIBUTING, good first issue issues with file/DoD/test, governance docs, GitHub topics.
• CHANGELOG backfilled for the previously unlogged releases.
• No runtime changes.
