Changes

  • Drag-and-drop all file types — Previously only images were handled when dropped without a filesystem path. Now PDFs, markdown, text files, and any other type are saved to /tmp with their original filename and pasted as a shell-escaped path.
  • Auto-mode moved next to + New — Bottom of sidebar now shows [+ New] on the left and [✓ Auto] on the right, in one compact row. Removed from Skills section.

Install

Copy main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css into .obsidian/plugins/modular-context/ and reload Obsidian.
