Multi-account UI refactor (ADR-005)

ConnectGoogleModal now surfaces all connected Google accounts with per-account actions:

• Account list — email, primary badge, last-refreshed timestamp
• Actions per account — Set primary / Disconnect
• + Add another account CTA — always one click away
• Loading / empty / list states replace single-account flow
• Warn pill when ≥10 accounts connected

main.ts wires multiStorage into OnboardingModal and Google Workspace: Connect (or add account) command via getGoogleStorage().getMulti(), with back-compat guard if multi-storage unavailable.

Quick Connect test-user friction fix

Quick Connect uses a shared OAuth client in Testing mode (Google verification pending). Users hitting Error 403: access_denied because their email isn't on the GCP test-users list now get clear guidance:

• Inline hint under "Connect with Google" button → points to #3 (pinned issue — comment your email there, gets added within 24h)
• Error state — OAuthDeniedError(access_denied) and OAuthTimeoutError (fires when Google blocks before redirect) now surface a specific message with direct link to issue #3 instead of generic "try again"

Testing-mode limit is 100 test users. For unlimited, use the BYO path (your own GCP project, ~5 min setup — see README).
