Using ethjs and web3js #156
Description
In src/contracts/abstractions/Arbitrable.js ethjs is used to find the nonce and determine the contract address. This is because web3js was erroring on getTransactionCount for no apparent reason. Either fix bug with web3, move to ethjs or try upgrading to web3 1.0
