PatchDL 0.3.7

• Downloads made with PatchDL before 0.3.5 now get the same check as new ones. Before, 0.3.6 never noticed when such a download didn't fit the installed game, so it didn't offer to replace the game (#20). PatchDL now fetches the missing details from Sony when you press Install. You don't need to download again.

Tested on 11.60.
