Bucketdeck v0.3.0
OpenBucket is now Bucketdeck. The app, website (bucketdeck.com), repository and Homebrew cask carry the new name; your connections, saved keys, favorites and settings stay where they are and open as before.
Changed
- The app is called Bucketdeck and installs as
Bucketdeck.app. After installing it, you can deleteOpenBucket.app; both use the same settings, so don't run them side by side. - New work is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3. Releases up to and including v0.2.3 remain under the MIT License.
- The About window lists the open-source packages built into the app, with their licenses and notices.
Install
Download Bucketdeck-macOS.dmg from the website or the README's Download for macOS button, open it, drag Bucketdeck to Applications, and launch it from there. Requires macOS 26 or later on Apple silicon or Intel.
Or install it with Homebrew:
brew trust koative/tap
brew install --cask koative/tap/bucketdeckIf you installed OpenBucket with Homebrew, run brew uninstall --cask openbucket and install bucketdeck as above; your settings stay.
