• Added kosli get evaluation command to retrieve a server-side evaluation, including its status, policy, trails, outcome/error, and decision. Supports --show-input (with --output json) to include the policy input, and --fixture --dir to write the evaluation's input, params, and policy files for replay with OPA.

Improvements

• Clarified kosli rename environment and kosli rename flow help text to describe how old names continue to resolve for reads and writes until reused.
• The "still pending" error for evaluations now points to kosli get evaluation <id> instead of a raw API URL.
