[0.2.5] - 2025-01-25

Added

  • Enhanced error logging to stderr for all HTTP operations (profile uploads, metadata submission, HTTP metrics)
  • Detailed error messages now include URLs and environment information for easier debugging
  • Support for creating profiler without specifying IngestURL (defaults to https://api.pprofio.com/api/v1)
  • Minimal example demonstrating usage without explicit URL configuration

  • Default IngestURL now properly applied before validation when not specified in config
  • HTTPStorage environment defaults to "production" when not specified, preventing HTTPS validation errors
  • Profile collection continues after upload errors instead of stopping
  • Fixed config validation order to apply defaults before checking required fields
