Updates the supported Node.js versions for measurement tests and tooling. Local receipt, concurrency, correlation and reporting contracts remain compatible. Full module, CLI integration and measurement-reference suites passed locally on Kujo 1.8.2 and Node 26.12.1, and hosted Linux/macOS suites passed with Kujo 1.6.0. Requires Kujo 1.6.0 or newer.
