v0.2.1 — npm 包内的加载名修正

0.2.0 的 npm tarball 里带着旧的加载名（\cordis.patch.yml\ 的 row
ame\ 与 client bundle 的 _ModuleLoader_\ load id 还是 \dsh-message-recall\），从 npm 安装的用户会碰到插件加载失败（route 404）。两个引用都已改为 @kyle123740/dsh-message-recall\，HTTP 路径 /dsh-message-recall\ 不变。
