Initial release of ChildrenOfTasks, a Swift package for passing typed result handles between helpers while an enclosing scope owns the work's lifetime.

• Start native structured child tasks through a borrowed Children capability.
• Pass, store, and share Child<Value, Failure> handles without rerunning their operations.
• Preserve each operation's result and failure type, including nonthrowing results.
• Propagate parent cancellation and cancel and await all children when the scope body returns or throws.
• Keep the scope body's original result or error; caught or ignored child failures do not fail the scope.

Cancellation is cooperative. An operation that does not finish can prevent the scope from returning.

Requires Swift 6.4 or later and has no external dependencies. Licensed under MIT.
