Add customizable keyboard shortcuts (fixes Dominic-DallOsto#35).

  • Each reading status now has its own configurable shortcut (click the field in Settings, press a key combo).
  • Separate configurable shortcut for clearing the read status.
  • Default modifier changed from Alt to Ctrl, since Alt+Num collided with Zotero's own PDF reader annotation shortcuts (Dominic-DallOsto#9) and column-sorting shortcuts (Dominic-DallOsto#30). Existing installs are migrated to Ctrl automatically.
  • Duplicate shortcuts are rejected on save.
  • Settings notes that Cmd/Win (Meta) combinations may be intercepted by the OS before Zotero sees them.

Fixed pointer release used by Zotero's update_url feed. Do not delete — the plugin manifest references this tag's update.json/update-beta.json assets directly.
