Improved util.dumpObject:

Fixed string concatenation to be compatible with Lua 5.1 (changed ..= to .. since Roblox uses Lua 5.1).
Added proper handling for non-table objects by checking the type and using tostring for non-tables, preventing errors when invalid input is provided.
Ensured that empty tables are correctly represented as "{}" by managing commas dynamically, improving readability and correctness.
