This is a hotfix release for potato-mesh ingestors spamming the mesh with status messages. The previous release was rushed and this feature (#859) should not have landed yet.

This release does the following:

  1. Changes default of RX_ONLY to 1 to silence ingestors by default and deprecates the variable. #886
  2. Add an TX_ANNOUNCE (default 0) to have an explicit switch for announcing activity to the mesh. #886
  3. Replaces RX_ONLY wiht TX_ENABLED (default 0) to have a more explicit switch to enable transmissions. #891
  4. This is now documented in README/#transmitting-on-the-mesh
