What's Changed

This release expands Python support through 3.13 (3.8–3.13). Import and packaging work on newer Python, and the Numba engine gets the small loop fixes needed so compilation succeeds on 3.12+. Per-version Numba/NumPy pins keep 3.8 and 3.9 working alongside the newer range. Full CI covers those versions.
