• Agent list cleanup: Only show active/idle agents (hide offline cron sessions)

• Cleaner displayName: Strip 'telegram:g-' prefix from group names

🔧 Technical

• Added factory function getOpenClawWS() for safer singleton initialization
• Nginx config: proxy /dashboard/ to Vite dev server (port 3000)
• Tailscale Funnel: route through nginx for proper WebSocket proxying
