Existing snapshot installations can upgrade with bm upgrade --source git. The attached Pi installer has a matching SHA256 file and immutable version pins.

Highlights

  • GPT-6 Luna is the default Luna Max economy lane (#19): luna-max (and the deprecated minimax/qwen/gwen aliases), the langgraph-runner executor default, and the unqualified Pi pin resolve to openai-codex/gpt-6-luna. New aliases: gpt6 (frontier) and luna-5.6 (explicit rollback to gpt-5.6-luna, reasoning max).
  • Durable GSD goal lifecycle GL0–GL7 (bm goal …) (#18).
  • GSD-style installer with immutable versioned snapshots and bm install|upgrade|uninstall|status|doctor|version.

Host prerequisite

gpt-6-luna must appear in pi --list-models (and be set as delegation.model in ~/.hermes/config.yaml for Hermes) or bm preflight fails closed with exit 2. Per-run rollback: --economy luna-5.6.
