Dear LangSci supporter, This is the latest update on our activities since the last newsletter. Welcome to all new subscribers.

== Two new series ==

Our series Studies in Linguistics has been around from the very start, and over 30 books have been published in this series, comprising both descriptive grammars and typological work. Given the large volume of submissions, this series has now been split into two new series: 1) Comprehensive Grammar Library and 2) Research on Comparative Grammar. Read more in this blog post: https://userblogs.fu-berlin.de/langsci-press/2021/03/25/interview-with-martin-haspelmath-co-founder-of-language-science-press-on-two-new-book-series/

== 1600 pages book published ==

The first book of the Comprehensive Grammar Library has already been published, and it is comprehensive indeed: Guillaume Jacques' A grammar of Japhug has 1596 pages and comes in two tomes. We have tried a new setup for the print production of this book, and we are now able to provide multi-volume books under one umbrella ISBN. We have upcoming handbooks for HPSG and LFG, where this approach will come in handy.
