Fixed
- sync: a landed branch kept because a worktree you made still has it
checked out no longer fails the whole sync. The restack that follows tried to
rebase it onto the moved trunk, the worktree check refused, and every other
stack went unrestacked and unpushed. Such a branch is now left out of that
restack and its children move onto its parent, so they still reach the
trunk; the branch stays in the stack for a later cleanup (#341).
