Release Notes
Added
- tour:
git stk tour [target] (experimental) serves a step-by-step walk
through a review's changes to your browser from a local, token-guarded
address, and stops when the last tab showing it closes; --output writes a
read-only snapshot instead. It takes a branch, review number, or URL, and
fetches the review's head from the remote, so the branch need not be checked
out. Files are grouped by role: configuration, schemas and types,
implementation, tests, documentation, and collapsed generated and vendored
files. Diffs are syntax highlighted, switch between unified and split views,
and can expand the unchanged lines around each hunk. Reviewed steps are
remembered per head commit. The page follows the system theme or its own
light/dark toggle, in palettes borrowed from the Callie calendar.
- tour: the review's description is rendered as Markdown and its
discussion shown with it: review outcomes and comments, threads under their
lines, and outdated threads with the code they were left on. Line comments
can be drafted on the page and submitted as one review (comment, approve, or
request changes), threads replied to and resolved, and the review commented
on, each once the terminal running the tour confirms what will be posted.
- tour: a review in a stack is toured with the rest of its stack, branches
included, one review at a time. The stack is found from review bases, so
stacks not made with git-stk work too; --no-stack tours one review.
- tour: an agent tour (
--style agentTour, or stk.tourStyle) has your
own agent command (stk.tourAgent or --agent, such as claude -p) plan
each review into explained steps with line notes. The agent gets the
review's description, commits, and diff, smaller changed files whole, the
repository's AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md as they stand at the
review's base, and the discussion so far. git-stk holds no credentials, asks
once per repository and command before sending anything (recorded as
stk.tourAgentAllowed), and shows which command and model planned each
review. Plans are checked against the diff, saved per review head and base
as they arrive, and reused until --refresh-plan; --plan follows a plan
written ahead of time.
- tour: an agent review (
--style agentReview) adds the agent's findings,
each on a line of the diff with a severity (required, recommended, or
optional), a category, and optional replacement code. Findings are listed
most severe first and shown on their lines, and any of them can be added to
your review as a drafted comment, as a suggestion on GitHub.
- review, view: take a review by number (
12, #12, !12) or by its web
URL as well as a branch, so git stk view 12 opens a review whose branch is
not checked out. A URL for another repository's review is refused rather
than opening this repository's review of the same number.
