Fixed
- cleanup: a landed branch whose worktree directory was deleted no longer
stays behind. cleanup and sync prune that one stale worktree entry and
delete the branch, and list and status mark the worktree (missing).
- cleanup: a landed branch checked out in a worktree you made yourself is
no longer just kept: when that worktree has no changes or untracked files,
cleanup and sync offer to remove it, naming any ignored files that
would go with it, and delete the branch. The hint for
a kept landed branch now says what will free it.
