This pull request is an extension to the previous pull request on #559
The new pull request adds the librsvg2-bin package to the Dockerfile. Which is used to convert SVG images to other formats. This is useful for applications that require SVG support, This package is especially useful for applications & packages that require SVG
support, such as the Spatie media library.
It is possible to add another package that also supports SVG and can provide additional image format support to PHP-Imagick (And I'm open to suggestions if you see a better-fit package) however, it should be noted that I believe this is the smallest package, that fits this use case.
