NRRD test data sets generated with 3D Slicer for testing NRRD readers (2D, 2D+t, RGB/RGBA, 3D with anisotropic and oblique geometry, 3D+t, displacement and velocity fields, segmentations, DWI, DTI; LPS and RAS).

  • Documentation of every data set (content, rationale, conventions): README_rev001.md (also attached below as an asset); the per-file table is at README_rev001.md#file-table.
  • Machine-readable description of the files (sizes, SHA256 checksums, header fields, expected loading results): manifest_rev001.json (attached).
  • Generator and checker scripts: scripts/testing_data.
