Added

  • Signal responses from client.signals.list, client.signals.get, client.sessions.list_signals, and client.sessions.get_signal include a required score_evidence list. Each entry identifies an Agent Score dimension and the role the signal plays in it. An empty list marks a diagnostic signal.
