Features

• A Done button in the side panel for a handed-off tab. Until now a bare session handoff --wait ended only when the user typed chrome-use session done in a terminal. While a session belongs to the user, the operator card in the chrome-use side panel on its tab now shows a handoff box: what the agent asked for, what the wait ends on, and a Done button. Done ends the wait the same way session done does, so the agent gets the session back and the change report. The box is extension UI only; the page sees nothing, so stealth mode is unchanged (#866).
  • session handoff --wait --note "<text>" sets what the box asks the user to do (up to 300 characters).
  • While an agent drives the tab, the panel checks every 4 s, so a handoff and its end show up without switching tabs.
  • An older CLI does not offer Done; the box then shows without the button.
  • The box shows on tabs the session opened. A tab the user granted to the agent is not matched yet; there session done still ends the wait.

Fixes

• session handoff --wait prints its "waiting for the user" notice only after the handoff took effect, not before a "no running browser session" error.
