A small fix. The Tree view in Plan → Structure now has the same scene menu as Board and Grid, so you can rename a scene, edit its details or synopsis, or delete it without switching views.

Fixed

• Edit, rename and delete scenes from the Tree. In Plan → Structure → Tree, right-clicking a scene (or tapping ⋯) only offered to open it or move it to another chapter. It now has the same Edit scene…, Edit synopsis…, Rename… and Delete scene items as Board and Grid. A scene keeps its chapter when you rename it. Reported in #72.
