PRISM v1.2.5p is the final pre-extension preparation release before the v1.3.x extension-system phase. It focuses on installability, project structure, and CLI usability by moving PRISM toward a normal package layout with a console command entry point. This release makes PRISM feel less like a standalone script and more like an actual installed command-line tool. Users can now run prism directly after local installation, and PRISM operates from the current working directory by default.
