Update 17: In-browser alerts

You can now turn on browser alerts in Settings. When they are on, your browser shows a notification when the daily holding cost of one of your positions moves by 25% or more, when the market session changes on a name you hold or are viewing, or when a sell that was queued for a fresh price is filled. Alerts are off until you choose to turn them on, you can pick which kinds you want, and there is a test button. They work while the dashboard is open in a browser tab; they are not push messages and nothing is sent to a server.
