Update 20: Accessibility pass (keyboard and screen readers)

The whole site can now be used without a mouse. A "Skip to main content" link appears on the first Tab press, every button, link and field shows a clear outline when you reach it with the keyboard, and the menu opens, closes with Escape and gives focus back to its button. Screen readers now hear the page change when you move between pages, headings follow a sensible order, and text colours were darkened slightly so small grey and gold text is easier to read. Our test suite now runs an automated accessibility check (axe-core) against every page and every workspace tab.
