Update 24: Monthly statement download (CSV and print/PDF)

You can now get a monthly statement for any wallet. Pick a month and the Statements page shows what the account bought, sold, deposited into the Writer Pool, which options it held at month end and the holding cost paid in kind. Download it as a CSV for your records, or print the page and save it as a PDF from your browser. This is a $LMNI Holder perk: hold 100,000 $LMNI in the connected wallet to unlock it. Trading, deposits and withdrawals stay open to everyone.
