Update 26: Faster first load on phones

The site now opens much faster on a phone with a slow connection. The first screen used to wait for every photo on the page before it showed anything; now it waits only for what you can actually see, and loads the other photos as you scroll. Pages also use less mobile data on arrival: the home page needed about 2.1 MB before it was ready, and now needs about 1.0 MB.
