Allow @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools >=0.2.0-rc.2 without an upper bound. DSH's prerelease-aware SemVer check allows later RCs to attempt loading without republishing solely for a version-number change. Future versions have not all been verified and may introduce actual incompatibilities.

允许 @deepseek-ai/dsh-tools >=0.2.0-rc.2，不设置版本上限。按 DSH 包含预发布版本的 SemVer 规则，后续 RC 可以尝试加载，无需仅因版本号变化重复发布。未来版本并非全部经过验证，仍可能出现实际兼容问题。
