PGMS 0.1.0-alpha.2 (Windows x64)

First release built by the CI release workflow, with build provenance attestation. Full notes in RELEASE-NOTES.md (English) and RELEASE-NOTES.pt-BR.md (Português do Brasil), attached below.

Downloads: PGMS-0.1.0-alpha.2-Setup-x64.exe (graphical installer, EN/pt-BR) or PGMS-0.1.0-alpha.2-win-x64.zip (portable, .NET runtime included). Requires Windows x64 and PostgreSQL 17 or 18.

Binaries are not code-signed yet; Windows SmartScreen may warn. Verify the download with SHA256SUMS.txt or with:

gh attestation verify <file> --repo leoars/PostgresManagementStudio
