v1.9.386.0: xsd: adopt the schema-set compile face (leptris_xsd_compile_set)

The 1.9.387 export audit surfaced five new upstream symbols; the
audit law is lockstep, so all five attach:

- leptris_xsd_compile_set gains a real Ruby face —
  Leptris::XML::XSD.compile_set(paths) merges every document into
  one compilation, so substitution-group members declared in
  importing schemas are visible to the head's content models
  (leptris#1881). Spec pins the f.xsd/g.xsd repro end-to-end.
- leptris_element_children_batch, leptris_node_name_compare,
  leptris_element_namespace_declarations_snapshot and
  leptris_plan_result_build_packed attach soft with their layout
  notes (leptris#1855/#1874 and the descriptor packed lane) —
  adoption wraps them later; the load survives older engines.

Suite 1208/0; audit:symbols 400/399 in lockstep.
